La Mirada Pop Warner Youth Football & Cheer

CHEER

 

LMPW CHEER

Our cheer squads travel with their football team and perform in front of our fans during each game. In addition to cheering our teams on as they play against opponents from our conference, our cheer squads are involved in competitive cheer competitions and other events.

Cheer squad sizes are limited and are filled on a first come, first serve basis. We do not hold tryouts. To guarantee a place on a squad we strongly suggest signing up early. Our cheerleading squads are an essential part of our football program. La Mirada Pop Warner provides and offers the best learning experience a youth will have until the high school level. All girls and boys ages 5-13 are welcome.



FEES & FUNDRAISING

                        


Cheer Registration - $350.00 (Cheer Uniform is included in the registration cost)

Teams will be required to participate at all Saturday football games and playoffs games. Team will be required to cheer at OEC, Regional & JAMZ competitions as well.



Team Fundraising


Every La Mirada Pop Warner football and cheer participant must choose one of two options to satisfy their team 150.00 fundraising requirements.

1.    Participate in team organized fundraising events

2.    Make a donation to the league of $150.00 This donation goes right to the team and is tax deductible.




League Fundraising

Every La Mirada Pop Warner football and cheer participant must Participate with the teams snack bar week. As well as the Leagues Snack Bar Duty. Parents are also required to volunteer at our fireworks booth (These duties are Mandatory to participate in the La Mirada Pop Warner Program)

Refund Policy

La Mirada Pop Warner like most leagues has a NO REFUND policy.  There are exceptions made for documented relocation and documented medical prior to August 1st:


Please provide a detailed explanation of why you would like a refund(documented medical or relocation) via email by clicking the contact info tab.

Be sure to indicate "request for refund" in the subject line of the message.  Note that if your son/daughter was assigned to a team and participated with the team after the August 1st start of the season you are not eligible for a refund for ANY reason.
